BOOTCAMP SESSIONS FOR WINTER 2019
Bootcamp is a military style outdoor group workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase lean tissue, reduce body fat, and help shed a few of those holiday pounds. Each session is delivered to meet all needs and fitness levels.
Bootcamp is outdoor training at its best! If you're bored of the same exercise programme and lacking motivation, then you should face a new challenge and give Bootcamp a try.
Bootcamp will challenge every muscle in the body, using the environment, your own bodyweight, and various equipment, such as tyres and sandbags, to get an all over workout.

James Flatman is a Level 3 NASM Certified Personal Trainer with all the necessary qualifications and insurance.

What’s involved?
Course Enrolment and Par-Q, Weight, Anatomical measurements and Fitness tests. Each session lasts 45 minutes.
Do I need to be fit?
Not at all, the groups may be split into different fitness levels to achieve the greatest possible results for each individual.
