Description of the Coaching Programme Sessions
 
Super Squash Fridays
These will be on the 1st Friday of every month and will involve a fun Team Match.
The games will be timed so you will be guaranteed a 5-setmatch and every point will count towards your team's total so there is everything to play for! If players want to play Racketball then when you sign up just let us know and we will ensure that happens.
After the match there will be food available and it’s a great opportunity to relax and have a few sociable drinks!
Sign-up sheets will be displayed 2 weeks before the event so keep an eye on the noticeboards so you don’t miss out as places will be limited to 24 players.

Squashercise!®
Squashercise is a fun, friendly activity class for everyone based on Squash and Racketball fitness, movement and skills. It's a dynamic way to get fit burning between 600-800 calories an hour! We will be running 2 morning sessions and 1 evening session from November 2014. full details of the sessions time can be found on our notice boards so please sign up to book your place on our Squashercise courses

Club Nights
We run two club nights, Racketball on Mondays and Squash on Fridays. These are very informal sessions where players get to play games against different opponents. It’s fun, it’s free and it’s a great way to play new people.

Adult Drills
Adult drills is an open session to all players who are looking for a high impact drills involving technical and tactical routines to improve your game.
Coach: Tom Chitty. Cost: £5/person

Elite Adult Drills
This session is aimed at elite players (1st Division or top of the internal leagues) and will work on shot selection, movement, fitness, tactics and many other aspects of the game.
Remember, train hard, fight easy!
Coach: Ali Livingstone. Cost: £5/person

Squash Fitness Training
This is a fun session for people wanting to improve their overall fitness. No need to bring a ball as we'll be working on movement, speed and agility along with flexibility and fitness. Some sessions will be based on circuit training.
Training can be hard work so why not come along to this session and work within a
group to achieve your fitness goals – it’s varied, it’s sociable and it will definitely leave you feeling like you’ve earned a drink in the bar!

SQUASHERCISE®
