A combination of quality Studio Classes including Les Mills BodyPump®, BodyCombat®, BodyBalance®, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Conditioning classes, Toning classes, various Dance-fit style classes and other Studio Classes are held most days of the week in the Studio.  The core classes are free to members, with a small charge for non-members.  Other, premium classes carry a charge for both members and non-members.  All classes are bookable in advance via Reception and are taken by qualified instructors... There is sure to be a class to suit you!

Please note that all Studio Classes may be booked Online (Members) via the Club Website or via Club Reception either in person or by telephone (Members and Non-Members), from 9.00am each day on 01473 251143.

Members can book Studio Classes 1 week (7 days) in advance; Non-Members can book 6 days in advance; Members should give their Membership Number and Non-Members their contact telephone number to make their booking(s).
