BODYPUMP®:  Studio-based weighted workout that strengthens the entire body.  Challenge all major muscle groups in an organised routine to music with exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Resistance training promotes a healthy skeletal system and is proven to be the most effective path to fat reduction.

 

BODYCOMBAT®:  Vigorous Cardiovascular programme inspired by martial arts.  Choreography draws moves from Karate, Boxing, Tai Chi, Taekwondo and Muay Thai.  The aim is to take you to an anaerobic level with some strength and flexibility benefits thrown in for good measure.

 

BODYBALANCE®:  Drawing from the disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this holistic workout is designed to improve flexibility and core strength.  A carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create that bring the body into a state of harmony and balance.  A great stress buster!

 

SPIN:  An indoor cycle exercise class with a powerful beat; a workout for the heart, lungs and legs for all fitness levels.

 

PILATES:  A unique mind-body approach to exercise which uses efficient workouts designed to optimise core strength and stability.  The benefits are improved posture, better balance, greater co-ordination and awareness of movement.  With practice, Pilates can lead to positive improvements in muscle tone, flexibility and endurance.  Through its direct emphasis on intelligent exercise, optimum results are achieved.

 

BODY CONDITIONING:  Half aerobics and half tone.  A fitness and strength whole-body workout using a mixture of low impact exercises.  Great for toning your thighs, buttocks and abs.  Suitable for all levels of fitness.

 

HOT PILATES:  Hot Pilates is a combination of specifically designed exercises which target muscles to perform to their maximum capacity with minimum repetitions resulting in lean strong muscles.  Performed in a warmer than usual environment ensures maximum flexibility is reached with ease.  This is an effective program for core and back issues and anyone looking to improve posture, balance and flexibility.

 

YOGA:  Relaxing, meditative style Yoga class, which will help improve flexibility, tone and strengthen the body.  Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.

 

BOOTCAMP:  Bootcamp is a military style outdoor group workout designed to improve Cardiovascular fitness, increase lean tissue, reduce body fat, using the environment, your own bodyweight, and various equipment, such as tyres and sandbags, to get an all over workout.
